What's New with the DVStation?
2008 has been an eventful year for us at DVStation. In the midst of the global economic slow-down, we’ve been working hard to ensure that our valued customers, you, do not experience a similar slow-down in terms of feature roll-out and technical support.

As part of our support initiative, the Pixelmetrix support team introduced an improved CRM system providing greater visibility into and resolving customer issues. This new CRM system includes a helpdesk feature to ensure quick response to any queries and to track their progress.
With your close cooperation and the diligent efforts of our R&D team, The DVStation system software has been enriched with new features and support for new monitoring interfaces over the last few software releases.
Here is a quick look at what has been released throughout the year:
- Monitor both the transmitter ingress and output in one single unit, with the DVStation-Mini2 DVB-T. It brings class-leading performance in a very cost-effective package for DVB-T operators.
- Tone and silence monitoring on AAC streams
- Support for H.264 SD / HD video services and enhanced monitoring performance in the TSP
- Enhanced SNMP interface for use with your state-of-the-art NMS
- Improved monitoring and analysis with pro-active fixes for minor usability issues
