Pixelmetrix OTT Media Grinder was among the STARs at NAB 2012
Singapore, May 15, 2012 – Newly launched Pixelmetrix OTT Media Grinder (OMG), a comprehensive system for validation of Over-The-Top Delivery Infrastructure, has bagged the TV Technology STAR (Superior Technology Award Recipient) Award at the recent NAB in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The OMG simulates thousands of OTT clients (iPhone, iPad, etc) with multiple user-defined behaviors, that is, 'pools' of clients can behave well (for example, consume content to the end), while other pools of clients can randomly change speeds, drop connections, or 'flap' between adaptive bit rates.
